Bruce Levine is reporting that Milton Bradley actually tweaked his groin in batting practice prior to yesterday’s game in Milwaukee and then went on to aggravate it later on in the fourth inning. Micah Hoffpauir has been pretty much "guaranteed" a spot on the Major League team after Spring Training barring any injury to himself or a severe slump this spring. After absolutely tearing the cover off the ball in Triple-A Iowa last year; he has nothing else to prove on that level and will be used as a back up to Derrek Lee at first and in the corner spots of the OF. Micah Hoffpauir got the start in RF on Monday against the Royals and then shifted to 1st later in the game. He went 2 for 4 with his 2 nd spring double and a run scored. His spring AVG is now at .324 through 11 games. Hoff has appeared in all but one of the Spring Training games and he leads the team in hits with 12.
