Michael Rasmussen crushed stage 8 and holds a good lead now in the Tour de France.  He's wearing the leaders yellow jersey. Mike Rasmussen took the overall lead after Stage 8.  Rasmussen is a climber - he excels in steeg hilly stages and races.  But Rasmussen isn't known for his time trial performances.  Most cycling enthusiasts are expecting Rasmussen to lose the major time trials in this year's Tour de France. So the big question for Rasmussen is whether he can collect a big enough lead in all of the hilly climbing stages to make up for his lack of speed in time trials. Fox News had a nice summary of Rasmussen's chances.  Here's an excerpt: Rasmussen, the aforementioned "Chicken," leads the race after tearing apart ... Read Full Story
