Tragically, there are countless babies born every day to absentee or unfit parents, and without the proper support system in place to ensure a happy childhood. Mackynzie Renee Duggar would not be one of those babies. She's not only the first grandchild of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, of TLC's 18 Kids and Counting fame, but she already has 17 aunts and uncles! The next generation of Duggars has arrived. According to The Learning Channel, Mackynzie Renee Duggar was born at 6:39 p.m. Thursday. Mackynzie is the first child of Josh and Anna Duggar and the first grandchild for Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, stars of TLC's "18 Kids and Counting."

People magazine reports that Josh and Anna Duggar have welcomed baby Mackynzie Renee Duggar, who is the first grandchild for Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar, who are mom and dad to 18 kids, with another on the way. According to People, baby Mackynzie was born at her mom and dad’s home, with a midwife and doula overseeing the birth.  

While Mother Duggar is four months pregnant with her 19th child, the oldest Duggar child just became a father at age 21. Duggar grandchild number one is older than her 19th aunt or uncle.
