ABIKO, Chiba Pref. (AP) U.S. LPGA rookie Mika Miyazato fired a roller coaster 2-under 70 on Saturday to stretch her overnight lead to four shots heading into the final round of the Japan Women's Open, the third major of the season. Bidding to become the youngest ever Japan Women's Open champion, the 19-year-old Miyazato mixed seven birdies with five bogeys at Abiko Golf Club to reach a 54-hole total tournament record of 11-under 205.

Miyazato opened with a birdie after teeing off from the 10th hole at Abiko Golf Club in Chiba Prefecture, and picked up three more shots on her outward journey to match a tournament record 36-hole total of 9-under 135.
