Mike Huckabee

Michael, that's not the type of "internal polling" to which I was referring, but you may be onto something. You can bet Mike Huckabee--the man of miracles, not mathematics--would have been so inspired.

I suppose in theory the concept of economic terrorism is valid.  

How else to explain what he's doing in Iowa? McCain got a late start there and the state seems to be somebody else's to lose -- just like Huckabee in the primaries. Now, he's outspending Obama on media there, holding rallies, and dumping money into aggressive robocalls targeted at flood victims...

Just a week ago I looked at the record of Mike Huckabee and thought he was a relatively moderate nominee for president and could see why he was rising in the polls. One of the issues in his past related to the parole of Wayne DuMond.
