The New Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza will not lose her crown, despite raunchy pictures from her past being uncovered. These pictures are reportedly from some jewelery ad campaign done by Mendoza before signing up for the Miss Universe Contest.

These pictures were available on internet long before her crowning and Miss Universe Organization knew about this; only media has created lot of hype out of this matter.

She will not loose her crown, as the President of the Miss Universe Organization cleared air on this by releasing the below statement.

Paula M. Shugart said: “Dayana is not in jeopardy of losing the title. We embrace and respect her success as a model and the artistic beauty captured in these photographs. They are artistic in nature and don’t have an ounce of pornographic content to them.”
