GOP goes to John McCain (80%)
Democratic ticket goes to Barack Obama (52%)

Mississippi Primary Results: Barack Obama wins it

Barack Obama will win the Mississippi primary with about 52% of the Democratic vote. He'll beat rival Hillary Clinton, who is projected to take 46% of the Democratic votes.

It's a "W" for Obama, but not a landslide victory. Barack Obama will probably get 60%-70% of the delegates that were up for grabs.

Barack Obama leads Hillary Clinton in total delegates, but neither candidate is close to securing the total number of delegates needed to secure the nomination.

So...the race goes on...
