Here's slightly more information on the SmartQ V7 device that we looked at last week - it will come with a 7" touchscreen display, boasting 1080p video support, Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth, HDMI out and an ARM11 processor. Would those be enough to rock your boat, or do you think you can stretch your $220 even further?
