Playboy Model Monica Hansen May Lose $550,000 Payout from Plastic Surgeon Dr. Leonard Hochstein

Monica Hansen, a Norwegian-born Playboy model, reportedly received a $564,555 payout from her plastic surgeon, Dr. Leonard Hochstein, after he used pictures of the model on his website without her permission.

But now Hochstein is attempting to win that money back, saying that he always had permission to use Hansen's image. Hochstein says that he had a quid pro quo relationship with Hansen, in which he gave her discounted plastic surgery in exchange for using her image in his marketing materials.

He points towards an e-mail he has obtained between Hansen and a Hollywood madam Michelle Braun, in which Hansen writes, "Hi, yes honey I did let Lenny use the pictures. I am so sorry for the troubles. Just became an issue with my agency is all but I am not going to sue. How is everything with you? Will you be in LA soon?"

Hansen has released no comment, pointing all press inquiries towards her lawyer.
