Dog The Bounty Hunter broke down while speaking with Honolulu Hawaii’s KGMB channel 9 about his use of the N-word. It hurts to hear it over and over and I am really sorry said Chapman. Chapman goes on to say, “I thought I was cool enough in the black world to use that word as a brother to a brother I’m not”. Monique Shinnery’s mother told KGMB the apology was not enough and she feels he is a closet racist. Dog think his son may have sold the tape for drugs. Monique Shinnery refused to accept Dog Chapman's apology.  Here is why: "I think Duane's apology was pathetic because it was not directed toward us. He didn't personally call Tucker or me to apologize. His attorney, Brook Hart, did. So, I personally don't accept it," Shinnery told WITV-TV in Honolulu. Monique is at the very center of the debate about Dog Chapman  and his racist comments.  Dog repeatedly used a racial slur word during a telephone conversation with his son Tucker.  Tucker has been dating Monique, and Dog wants them to break up.
