-A $ 250.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close, and full payment is expected within 7 days. Winning auctions that meet the reserve are required to have a deposit within 24 hours unless we are contacted and other arrangements are made. Full payment is always expected within 7 days.

-Cycle World can process your Motor Vehicle work.  Motor Vehicle fee will vary depending on the state you reside in.

-All vehicles will have a $ 98.00 documentation fee., clerical expense added.  On new motorcycles and quads there is an additional destination and dealer prep fee totaling $ 495.00 added Destination is the fee for shipment of the unit from the manufacturer to the dealer. This fee also covers setup, vehicle preparation, a safety check, fuel surcharge and other smaller nominal costs. This fee is collected on most imported vehicles and will not be waived. This fee of $495.00 will not be collected on any used product sales. 

 

All shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the bidder.  Delivery is available by Cycle World delivery trucks within a specified radius of our location for a nominal fee. I also have a list of recommended shippers by request. 

 

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early at any time, should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.  The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.

Cycle World welcomes all dealers and individuals to bid on our vehicles.  Every vehicle we sell will have a clear title.  Our staff is available Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to answer any questions you may have.  Please drop us a line, fax, or email us as needed.  We look forward meeting you in person or speaking with you.

* Due to manufacturer regulations, the customer must come into our store to make the purchase of all  NEW  atv's and motorcycles.  After the purchase has been made the atv or motorcycle can be shipped or delivered at the customers expense.

* Successful high bidder should contact Cycle World within 24 hours at 1-866-795-2925.

* Successful high bidder will submit a $ 250.00 deposit in the form of a cashier's check, credit card, wire transfer, or PayPal within 24 hours of the auction ending, unless other arrangements have been made.

* Used vehicles are being sold "as-is" , unless a warranty that can be transferred to the new owner is in effect from the vehicle manufacturer.

* There will be a $ 495.00 destination and set up fee and $ 98.00 documentation fee added to a new vehicle sale.

* Payment in full must be completed within seven days of an auction ending.

* Cycle World accepts cash in person (U.S. currency only), cashier's checks, certified funds, or bank to bank wire transfers for the final payment, unless an alternative payment has been arranged.
