Batman Arkham Asylum was one of Eidos Interactive’s (now Square Enix Europe’s) many successful games in years. Warner Bros. owns the rights to the skill though, and they’re slicing in on the sequel.
Warner Bros. has voiced which they will be edition Arkham Aslyum 2 worldwide, clearly dropping Square Enix Europe from the understanding entirely. Eidos and Warner Bros. worked together to tell the initial game.

Staying on all the recent news regarding the big sequel to Batman: Arkham Asylum, it has been reported that Warner Bros will be on publishing duties for the game, and not Square-Enix as previously thought.
