¾ c. vegetable oil2 c. Brown sugar4 eggs2 c fresh cooked butternut squash puree2 c. flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking sodadash salt2 TBL cinnamon1 tsp ginger1 tsp nutmeg½ tsp ground clovesCombine eggs, oil and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
