   Plenty of countries take their chances when expressing  nationalist sentiment.  Indeed, a tolerance so exercised by the international community expects for all foreign governments to use both their human and natural resources wisely.  North Korea’s latest manufacture and testing of a Taepodong 2 missile (TD-2) has caused this state of play to change a little, since North Korea’s political  honesty with seemingly important official nuclear monitoring organizations is all too frequently brought into question.
