Rangers striker Nacho Novo has been charged with improper conduct for purportedly gesturing to Aberdeen supporters in last month’s Clydesdale Bank Premier League game at Pittodrie. Rangers striker Nacho Novo is at the centre of a police investigation after dropping his shorts at the end of his side's 1-0 defeat by Aberdeen, police confirmed on Sunday. Novo was photographed with his shorts lowered beneath his buttocks as he walked off the Pittodrie pitch after Saturday's Premier League match. George Burley will lose his job as manager of Scotland before the end of this week, local media predicted on Monday after it emerged that his bosses are to discuss his future in the wake of a 3-0 friendly defeat by Wales. Rangers striker Nacho Novo could be facing months on the sidelines with a shoulder injury, manager Walter Smith said on Sunday. The Spanish forward dislocated his shoulder in training on Friday and was immediately withdrawn from the squad that lost 2-0 to Portsmouth in a friendly on Saturday.
