The Naga Viper chili was just named the hottest in the world, and we've got the 411 on just how spicy this little pepper is. According to the Scoville scale, which measures heat by the amount of capsaicin, the chili rates 1,359,000! For comparison, a jalapeno rates 2,500 to 5,000 on the same scale. Wow!
