Natasha Alam Joins 'True Blood' as Love Interest for Alexander Skarsgaard

You may recognize Natasha Alam's lovely face from daytime TV, where she stars on The Bold and the Beautiful, but the actress is moving on to another popular show: True Blood. According to Entertainment Weekly, the 26-year-old is joining the cast to play a love interest for Alexander Skarsgaard.

Alam's character is Yvetta, a new dancer at Fangtasia, the hotspot for vampires in Louisiana. Skarsgaard (whose character is Eric) begins a physical relationship with his latest hire. Wonder if Kate Bosworth, Skarsgaard's rumored off-screen flame, is feeling any jealousy pangs?

Alam also appeared in last year's flick The Women, and she's posed for Playboy and Maxim, so the male population may take particular interest in this new addition.
