I ask, what is the right age to buy your child a cell phone? My soon to be third grader, has been pitching Drew and I for a cell phone for a few months now.  Because she has gone on and on about it, we have been forced to think about it and we are trying to figure out when the appropriate time is for her to have a cell phone.
