Actor Nicholas Brendon is facing a possible two-year prison sentence over charges stemming from a drunken bust-up with cops last month. Nicholas claimed after his arrest that he had blacked out and didn’t remember the incident. He was charged with felony vandalism and was released on bail. Holy crap, he’s still alive?” news, Nicholas Brendon, Xander on Buffy the Vampire Slayer , was tased and arrested for defacing property and trying to flee the scene. Police responded to a call at around 12:30 a.m. and came upon Nicholas who was disturbing the peace. Cops said they needed to use their stun gun to bring down Brendon who tried to run.
