Katharine McPhee engaged to much older man?
American Idol alum Katharine McPhee is reportedly engaged!
McPhee, 23, is rumored to have gotten engaged to her 42 year old boyfriend, Nick Cokas.
The age difference doesn't seem to matter to Katharine though. McPhee says that their age "was never really a concern." She says "he just makes things really fun" and "we love business. We love going to meetings together and create things together."
People magazine spoke with a source close to Katharine who confirmed the engagement rumors.
“Katharine is bubbling over with excitement for her upcoming wedding,” a source tells People. “She is all smiles when she talks about the planning. It sounds like everything is going very smoothly.”
Cokas is the one who took McPhee to her Idol audition, and that's where she says they fell in love.
McPhee's people have yet to comment.
