Nicole Richie was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol. She'll be spending 4 days in jail. Nicole Richie, 25, was sentenced to 96 hours, or four days, but was then given credit for the 6 hours that she already served in jail. Richie will also be on probation for 3 years, and was fined $2,048. The lesson here... don't drink and drive!
