(Getty) Nicole Richie and Joel Madden went to court today, successfully asking for and recieving a restraining order against two paparazzi that the couple say caused a traffic accident while trying to snap photos. Nicole Richie let her fans know she was making a careful but steady recovery from the bout of pneumonia that put her in hospital. Richie, 28, who recently gave birth to her second child, was reported by friends to have been working herself hard following the delivery.
