Illustrating the entertainment industry’s lack of respect for human life, the husband of radio gossip, Wendy Williams, is facing allegations of seeking out a hit man to murder her rival, Miss Jones.

Both radio disc jockeys are known for saying incendiary and sometimes mean things, but once again, the entertainment industry trampled the Constitution, in somehow making Free Speech a crime worthy of an impromptu death sentence without trial via a hit man.

Rappers have been shot and stabbed over their lyrics, which at the end of the day, are words. To seek to take a person’s life over the lawful things he or she says, is illegal and wrong on every level.

It’s been a rough few month for Williams, as her husband has been sued by a radio station employee, citing sexual harassment as one of her complaints.

Then a sex tape reportedly leaked to the internet featuring her husband Kevin as well. Their marriage is clearly in turmoil.

June 12, 2008 - Who knew radio could be so dangerous? The Daily News reports that deejay Wendy Williams’ husband (the two are pictured together) had plotted to kill one of Hot97’s deejays, a rival who allegedly trashed his wife on the air.

According to the federal lawsuit charges filed yesterday, hubby Kevin Hunter sought out help from a WBLS studio employee in finding a hit man to “off” Hot97 personality Tarsha Jones. The allegations are part of a sexual harassment suit filed by Nicole Spence, 27, the talent booker for Williams’ show.
