Hull City have appointed Nigel Pearson as their new manager, the club announced Tuesday. The Tigers, relegated from the English Premier League last season, have brought the 46-year-old Pearson to the KC Stadium from Leicester, whom he steered into last term's second-tier Championship playoffs.
