Orange County Superior Court will hear the Nikki Catsouras case

An Orange County Superior Court judge has decided to hear the  lawsuit filed by Nikki's family.  Nikki Catsouras was 18 years old when she died on Oct. 31 in a two-car crash on a toll road near Lake Forest.  Her family has filed suit against the police for releasing photos of her dead body.Police admitted responsibility for accidentally releasing images of Nikki's corpse - those same images then got posted to the Internet.
