It's about to be a busy season for Nina Garcia , who announced she's expecting her second child with husband David Conrod. Garcia, a fashion director for Marie Claire and, of course, one of the judges on Project Runway, r evealed she's due this December. The new child will join her 3-year-old son, Lucas Alexander.
