One person is dead, two others seriously injured after a head on collision Sunday morning near Land Shark Stadium in Miami Gardens.  Police say the accident occurred in the 22 hundred block of 199th Street when the driver of a gray Nissan Altima crossed four lanes of traffic and slammed into a Nissan Armada SUV.

LOS ANGELES - Venice Beach Editorial’s Rick Shambaugh recently cut a new :30 spot for Nissan North America promoting the auto manufacturer’s Altima. Love Hurts was conceived by TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles and shows the light abuse that can happen to a car, which is nothing compared to the 5000 tests Nissan puts its models through prior to release.  

Nissan has one all-wheel-drive car, its GT-R supercar that cots $80,790. Otherwise, the rest of its cars – Cube, Versa, Sentra, Quest, Altima and Maxima – are front-wheel drive only; the 370Z is rear-wheel-drive only.  

Certainly Nissan will continue to offer hybrid versions of some of its most popular cars including the Altima and the upcoming Infiniti M hybrid, but Nissan has dumped most of its next generation car efforts into pure battery electrics ...
