Packers-Seahawks: Snow in Green Bay, but Good Conditions at Lambeau Field
Filed under: Packers, Seahawks, Seattle

Just an hour before kickoff of today’s Green Bay Packers-Seattle Seahawks divisional round playoff game, temperatures are in the 20s and snow is falling at Lambeau Field.
But no more than an inch of snow is expected to accumulate on the Frozen Tundra, and it doesn’t appear that we’ll be in for a blizzard of a game. After pregame warmups, Fox reported that players who took the field said they think it’s in great shape.
If the snow turns out to be worse than expected, though, that should favor the home team. In weather that requires a healthy dose of the running game, the Seahawks would be forced to turn to their 117-year-old running back Shaun Alexander. That would be good news for the home team.
