Is that Nokia’s E72? Actually no, but we can certainly understand if anybody mistakes this for the real deal. It seems that the folks over in China are really perfecting the art of cloning mobile phones. Nokia has released a new firmware update for the Nokia E71. The new version, 400.21.013, adds improved support for Nokia Email / Messaging and a pre-installed version of Ovi Contacts, contains numerous stability and bug fixes, and includes small updates for Internet radio, Quickoffice, Ovi Store, Email Setup Wizard, and Mail for Exchange. I'll be accused of cherry picking links again, but what the heck, it's nice to see a USA tech web site giving space to the Nokia N97, in this case pitching its camera against that of the HTC Touch Pro 2 (Tilt 2) and the (also 5 megapixel) Motorola Droid. As perhaps might be expected, the N97 rather runs away with the test, but then the Nseries cameras haven't been in doubt for a while.
