Neusoft and Nokia Siemens Networks reportedly announced that they are looking to enhance their partnership to effectively address China's mobile application market.
The two companies will transform their existing joint venture - Nokia Siemens Networks Neusoft Commtech Company Ltd., into a powerhouse for the development, sale and delivery of software and services in the mobile data and applications field.
