Norma Shearer news, related photos and videos, and reviews of Norma Shearer performances. According to Wikipedia: Edith Norma Shearer - June 12, 1983) was an Academy Award-winning Canadian-born Hollywood actress. Shearer was one of the most popular faces in the world through out the 1920s all the way until the 1940s. She went from the good girl next door, to full on sex symbol after her 1930 film The Divorcee. She retired from films in 1942.
