United States intelligence analysts have determined that the strength of the nuclear weapon tested by North Korea on Oct 9th, 2006 was less than one kiloton, extremely small for a nuclear explosion. But the major political fear is that N. Korea's nuclear ambition and testing will spark an arms race in the region.
