A company called Novatium just launched an intriguing new service in New Delhi in partnership with MTNL. You can now get a computer for an up-front cost of Rs 1,999 (excluding the monitor) and Rs 399 per month for Internet connectivity. The service is being currently being offered in New Delhi with plans to add 3 additional cities later this year including Mumbai and Bangalore. How does it work?
