O.J. Simpson filed a declaration in court Friday claiming that several items seized by authorities following the bungled hotel heist that sent him to prison are rightfully his and should be returned. O.J. Simpson was found guilty on Friday (10/03/08) on all twelve counts resulting from the arrest after an altercation in a Las Vegas hotel room last year. The guilty verdicts included the charges of armed robbery, kidnapping, conspiracy to commit robbery and kidnapping, burglary, robbery, assault and coercion.
