Icon Sets should be one of design elements that responsible for easy accessibility and usability. I just set up an automatic backup of all 3000 of my friends' Twitter messages and became able to search through their Twitter history two years into the past with just five minutes of easy clicking. Only two things are required: Dave Winer's new Twitter OPML tool and a Google Reader account. Twitter's search engine only goes back about a week and a half. Outline Processor Markup Language (OPML) is an XML format way of packaging up lists and is now often used to package feeds ready for importing into a new feed reader. The procedure is simple: you export the opml file from one reader and then import it into the new one. You have downloaded RSSOwl and seen the default view last time so now it is time to look at what you get inside the package. Start RSSOwl but, if you are a Vista owner, you have one further annoyance. Microsoft will complain about the file and make you check a box each time you want to open it.
