Obama Bucks were spread in a newsletter sent out by Diane Fedele, a member of the Chaffey Community Republican Women, Federated. The Obama buck is an imagining of what currency would look like if it featured Barack Obama. It depicts Obama surrounded by ribs, Kool-Aid, watermelon and other items stereotypically associated with African Americans.
