Hello everybody!...
This week I “camera scanned“ a 1935 Johnson Smith & Co. Supplemental Catalog…This was their last year in the Racine, Wisconsin location…It’s written like a newsletter with “Vol.1 No.9” appearing on the front cover together with the date “Feb., 1935”… .,..The catalog runs 48 full-sized pages measuring 7 ½” X 10” !...That’s about double the size of their regular catalog issues (which normally measure approx. 5” X 8”).

I have just uploaded a complete "camera" scan of a rare Royal Novelty Co. catalog that was issued circa 1922...We have seen this catalog offered for between $20.00 to $125. on the collector market.

In case you didn’t know, Steiger’s was a Springfield, Connecticut-based department store that was famous for it’s high-end fashion merchandise. Like many of the older department stores, Steiger’s was acquired by another leading department store, the May Co., in the mid-1990’s.
