The tennis competition at the 2008 Bejing Summer Olympics will be held from August 10 to August 17 at the Olympic Green Tennis Center.

Rafael Nadal has won a gold medal in Olympic tennis by beating Fernando Gonzalez of Chile 6-3, 7-6 (2), 6-3 in the final of men's singles!
The gold medal was the first ever for Spain in Olympic tennis.
"I just want to enjoy this moment because I'm having an unbelievable year," Nadal said.
"It's more than my best dreams so I want to enjoy the moment. I know how difficult it is to win these things, especially here. Winning for me is unbelievable."
