His topic this time is the story of Josh Harris, Internet impresario who created Psuedo.com. That venture crashed and burned along with many others in 2000. The Sundance Channel is set to air the TV premiere of the documentary "Join Us" on the last day of August. The film, directed by two-time Sundance grand jury award winner Ondi Timoner, features gripping stories behind religion and cults. "Join Us" will follow the stories of four families who flee their insular church and the pastor who controlled their lives. The Sundance Film Festival's prizes for best U.S. drama have gone to "Push" — the dark yet hopeful story of a young woman finding her way out of nightmarish circumstances in 1980s Harlem. "Push," based on the 1996 novel by the poet Sapphire and directed by Lee Daniels, won both the grand jury and audience awards.
