The Progressive Christian Alliance is a Christian denomination for a post-denominational age. This EmailMagazine is a publication by members of the PCA for the PCA and the wider Christian, post-christian, and seeker audience.
It is hoped that this will be a regular publication, featuring contributions by a wide array of PCA members, affiliates and allies. This will be a place for community news, worshipping resources, theological reflection and communication from Council and Conference.

We are becoming church!
We are becoming the body of God in the world.
PCA ministries and congregations are held together not by a concise doctrine of faith, but a common journey. We should not be fooled by the name 'Progressive' as if we are going to arrive at a final destination, the perfect world where we have all the answers. Progressive means we are progressing, in a new place each day, on the journey.
Ours is an Advent Journey. It is a pregnant journey of expectation into the unknown. It contains dangers and mangers full of animals, drafts , nails you can catch yourself on and - we hold in hope - the coming of the newness of Life.
