He said Jamie Spears' testimony did not demonstrate why a restraining order is necessary. Jamie Spears said he did not know if the pair talked then or since. Sam Lutfi is fighting back against the restraining order extended by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge today. The ex-manager said that he is not a threat to her safety and denies harassing Spears.
In fact, the one-time-confidant says it’s the other way around - that Britney has been reaching out to him, sending text messages despite the restraining order.

A judge temporarily extended a restraining order against Britney Spears’ former manager and ex, Sam Lutfi and paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, so there will be time to hear arguments in the case.
