Oscar Freire is a RAB rider from Spain, competing with the Rabobank Team in the 2006 Tour de France. LeTour is one of the Grand Tours in road bicycle racing and is part of the Triple Crown of Cycling.

Three-time world champion Oscar Freire didn't quite have enough power to out-sprint Thor Hushovd today. Hushovd took the win for Stage 6, with Freire there at the finish line.
