OKC Thunder fires P.J. Carlesimo after a 1-12 start.  I have been to a couple games and thought that the players didn't play with "passion" and "guts".  Is it the coach or the players?  I think that they have a lousy group of "player" leaders.  There are no veterans to lead them.  The NBA owners always seem to pull the trigger too quickly in my mind.  P.J.
