When you first get your P90X workout program, you have a decision to make.
Which version do I do?
One of the big strengths of this extreme fitness program is it's ability to tailor itself to your particular needs.
Three versions within the system allow you to do this. Are you looking to build the maximum muscle mass you can as you lose fat? Then the Classic version is best for you. A typical P90X Classic week includes 3 weight lifting days, plyometrics (jump training), a yoga day, a Kenpo kickboxing workout, and a stretching or rest day.
