S o far we have talked much about Web-Development. But one thing we were missing is how to make a LAMP ( Linux Apache MySQL PHP ) environment in our Windows PC. If you are a Linux user, then you should be able to host your PHP scripts and MySQL Databases easily as mostly all Linux Distros come with LAMP preinstalled on it! Hi,
I have my own simple CMS (MySQL + PHP based ) to manage parts of a website.
I want to use this mine CMS for a costumer project.
My question is, do you recomend to install it in the costumer website or to keep it in a mine domain and establish a Remote Connecting so he can administrate his own site?
I suppose is better to keep it in a mine domain as it is my property but are there any problems ( speed, security, ... ) I should worry?

I'm at the end of fixing what was an abomination of a website, don't even want to go into the mess the old developer had going but trust me it was bad.
