This is for all the people who would like to paint and draw but think they don't have any "talent"... for all the people who found in drawing and painting a new and powerfull tool to get out of depression and boredom... for all those who love art and artists... for those who don't think "different" is "bad"...
There are simply some studies of the old - very old! - theme of the artist and his model… and at least one has some more readable scribblings (I think, Susan…)
I write those mainly to make conterpoints (rappels) to other directions, lines, etc. But also to note my thoughts of the day (or of the moment). No big deal. Just graffitis…
There is also a story behind this drawings… The “artist” there is Andre, a long time collegue for the nude drawings sessions. I cannot say he’s a friend of mine... Read Full Story
Since it seems not a bad pattern, I alternate my chronological works presentation with what I do in the present… So, I bookmark 2006 “eating people” and show you some nude drawings of Marie Soleil, one of our new models…

Toulouse Lautrec did it. Why not me?
Well…when the wind is howling... Read Full Story
It could seem, since I call them by their first name, that I know quite well my models… Not true. I call them by their first name in the north american style, where, without a real aquintance, we all call ourselves by the first name… The young guy who changes my tires call me, eventually, dan… doesn’t mean he really knows me. Or that he cares…
I wish, no doubt (and my work would improve ), to have more profound and lasting relationship with “my” models… but, first, they are not “mine” (being... Read Full Story
A couple of months now I’ve lost the perspective on the initial scope of this blog: presenting, chronologically, my works… The present and its works took over, for a while…
So, back at 2005. Months: August and September, when I made my first long trip in the province of Quebec, where I live since 1998. It was a fishing trip (literally fishing) but, for me, it was also, of course, “fishing” images, here and there.
I made the trip with Stephane and Clement in an old, battered, VW Jetta with... Read Full Story
