The Pasha Bulker is a 40,000 tonne coal carrier. It got beached during a major wind storm in June 2007. The Pasha Bulker was finally freed from Newcastle's Nobbys Beach in early July.

The Pasha Bulker was pulled free from the sand this week. The ship ran aground during a wild storm three weeks ago. People from around the world have been following the story and hoping that the ship wouldn't leak oil into the ocean.
