In a phone conversation between Sen. Tim Mahoney (D-FL) and former aid Patricia Allen, Mahoney never comes out and acknowledges the two had any sexual relations, but the tension is there. Allen's claims that she carried on an affair with the Florida senator have been backed up by those who worked on the senator's staff while it was supposedly happening in 2006.
