An Amber Alert was issued, and later canceled, when police said Patricia Figueroa, who is five months pregnant, was forcibly taken from her North Charleston home wearing only a towel.
The suspect, identified as Jerson Lopez, 20, was taken into custody at the apartment about 10 miles from the teenager's home, police said. Lopez is Figueroa's ex-boyfriend and thought to be the father of her child.
