Culinary icon Martha Stewart is being sued tonight on the grounds of violating an all exclusive pact she reportedly had with department store giant Macy’s. The department store alleges that Stewart broke her contract by jumping their ship and signing on with Macy’s even though her deal with Macy’s had never expired.
Macy’s filed a lawsuit against Stewart in a New York City supreme court today. The case is expected to be heard sometime in February.Read Full Story
